OUR SERVICES
CERRA-AFRICA is equipped to conduct a variety of studies for religious institutes (congregations and provinces) including but not limited to membership surveys and focus groups designed to assess attitudes, priorities, and needs.
CERRA-AFRICA can collect data from your small Christian Communities, Schools, Hospitals, Ministries and Projects for internal use including to assess progress, as well as for educational and advocacy purposes.
To aid your organization in maintaining accurate records, CERRA-AFRICA will gather data and compile a comprehensive report for your annual/bi-annual reporting. The Data Centre can also collect pertinent data directly from your projects.
Schools and hospitals can survey their stakeholders i.e. parents, students, patients and employees as well as those who do not choose to use your services to assess satisfaction, improve services or aid in advertising.
