WHAT WE DO
Through CERRA-Africa, partners will contribute to the education of catholic sisters and apostolates by weaving research methods as a social value creation strategy to increase the sisters’ competencies in order to reverse poverty trajectories, as well as support the development of the women and other underserved populations of their ministries.
RELIGIOUS INSTITUTES
CERRA-Africa is equipped to conduct a variety of studies for religious institutes (congregations and provinces) including but not limited to membership surveys and focus groups designed to assess attitudes, priorities, and needs in areas such as mission, ministry, charism, prayer, spirituality, community life, vocation promotion, initial formation, ongoing formation, and retirement.
The Data Centre can also conduct studies on collaboration with other institutes in different areas such as Healthcare and Education. Studies are essential in guiding decisions or informing strategic or pastoral planning processes.
PARISHES AND DIOCESES
CERRA-Africa can collect data from your small Christian Communities, Schools, Hospitals, Ministries and Projects for internal use including to assess progress, as well as for educational and advocacy purposes.
ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS
To aid your organization in maintaining accurate records, CERRA-Africa will gather data and compile a comprehensive report for your annual/bi-annual reporting. The Data Centre can also collect pertinent data directly from your projects.
SCHOOLS AND HOSPITALS
Schools and hospitals can survey their stakeholders i.e. parents, students, patients and employees as well as those who do not choose to use your services to assess satisfaction, improve services or aid in advertising
